About Research
Research at BIDMC really is like no other. We are the fourth largest independent hospital recipient of federal research funding in the U.S., and the research program will become increasingly multidisciplinary as we move into premium research space in the Longwood Medical Area at the new Center for Life Sciences in 2008. Unlike most hospitals, we assemble qualified, interdisciplinary research and operations teams for projects, position research administrators for growth and development in a central research & academic affairs department, maintain a collaborative culture and modern, high-quality facilities and we benefit from strong relationships with Harvard Medical School and other Harvard teaching hospitals. With a Research job at BIDMC, you’ll be an integral part of a community where we treat our patients with the utmost respect and compassion, like our own family members and friends. This is how we make a difference in our patients’ lives, each and every day. Join us and define what a Research career at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is to you.
